Absurd Obsession!

   You all know my absurd obsession with books right? You don't!! I am shocked!!

    Well I have a slight absurd obsession with books, the biggest reason for this is I love the adventures that come alive in books. My mother taught me to love books and reading, I have many friends who were pushed into reading and now they hate it. I love it!!

    My mother never pushed me, or if she did it was very little, which I was very glad by, it taught me to seek out my own education, and many things I wouldn't like if you did push me. She always encouraged me do new things and to study.

    Well now that I have moved to a new city I have been wanting to get a library card. I believe you don't need to go to school to get an education, you can go to your library and read. That is how Tomas Jefferson got his, George Washington and very little education, but he was willing to learn, and if he didn't know something then he would find a book on it.

    I was talking with my hubby today about education and wanting a library card, he said "When you finish the books you already have, that is when you can get a library card." Challenge accepted!! I will keep you posted with the books I read and how many I have left for that library card!!
