Marriage

As I was on pinterest, I was looking up quotes and wedding stuff because as you may not know I am getting married. I will tell you more about that later.

Anyway, Matthew and I have committed ourselves to finding lists and asking questions, and while that was on my mind I found this article that asked a lit of questions that we never thought about. It also asked questions that we won't need to talk about for many years. But it is something to think about.

Before Matthew and I were even together we had a list of almost 200 questions that we asked each other, and we got to know each other quite well, it was a great bonding moment. You might want to do the same.

I think that the these would be good to ask if you ever feel detached from your spouse and want to reconnect. I am no expert because I am not even married yet, but this is just food for thought.

Now on to the topic of Matthew and I.
Matthew and I met on the 7th of May, became a couple on the 19th of May.
He proposed on June 4th, we are getting married on August 20th. It will 105 days from the day we met to the day we get married exactly.

Here are some of our engagement.

When Matthew and I first met he took me downtown to a little fabric shop called Tissue Fine Fabrics, it was rather funny because the owner (who is a good friend of Matthews) asked how long we had been together, we just gave each other a funny look and said that would never happen.

Teresa (the owner) let us take our engagement photos in her fabric shop because it is where we had our first outing (it wasn't a date) It was pretty darn cool to o, and very different from all other engagement photos I have seen.

Last week Matthew and I had some time to kill before I needed to go to work, so we stopped by temple square and took some pictures (we want to do a slide show at the wedding, but have no photos of us together, so we try to take some every time we are together.)

It was a lot of fun!!
It rather funny, because when we are together he goofs off but if other people are there he becomes shy and doesn't goof off as much, but I still love him!
